We do not offer refunds or returns for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, accidental purchases, incorrect selection, or dissatisfaction after delivery.
Exchanges (Defective Items Only)
We offer replacement exchanges only in the rare event that an item arrives defective or damaged.
To be eligible for an exchange:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photo or video evidence of the defect

Share your order number and delivery confirmation
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement of the same item.
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
What Is Not Considered a Defect
The following do not qualify for exchange:

Change of mind

Wrong size, color, or variant selected by the customer

Minor color or appearance differences due to screen display

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused after delivery or improper use

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in:

Submission of delivery confirmation, policy acceptance, IP logs, and communication records to the payment provider
